We are seeking an IT Specialist for our Lansing, MI headquarters. The role focuses on responding to help‑desk tickets and delivering friendly, face‑to‑face or remote end‑user support. Occasional travel to project sites is required to set up IT services for new construction starts.
The position operates in a temperature‑controlled office environment with standard office equipment. Physical duties include talking, listening, sitting, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting of objects under 20 lb, all of which can be accommodated as needed.
