- Act as the subject matter expert and point of contact for Wave.
- Maintain transformation documentation including change logs, risk logs, and the TO handbook.
- Provide assurance reviews and support communication across the transformation portfolio.
- Lead development and continuous improvement of Transformation Office (TO) processes and Wave configuration
- Support TO meetings, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up.
- Produce monthly reporting packs and dashboards for executive review.

- Own performance reporting across hygiene, delivery, and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools, such as Power BI, is highly desirable .
- Curious, proactive, and highly organised.
- Proven experience in PMO, project management, or transformation analyst roles.
- PPM tool subject matter experience including configuration and management of enhancements.
- Good working knowledge of project management, PMO, and change management processes.
- Comfortable working in a high-paced, change-driven environment.
- A pragmatic problem solver with strong attention to detail.
