  • Act as the subject matter expert and point of contact for Wave.
  • Maintain transformation documentation including change logs, risk logs, and the TO handbook.
  • Provide assurance reviews and support communication across the transformation portfolio.
  • Lead development and continuous improvement of Transformation Office (TO) processes and Wave configuration
  • Support TO meetings, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up.
  • Produce monthly reporting packs and dashboards for executive review.

  • Own performance reporting across hygiene, delivery, and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools, such as Power BI, is highly desirable .
  • Curious, proactive, and highly organised.
  • Proven experience in PMO, project management, or transformation analyst roles.
  • PPM tool subject matter experience including configuration and management of enhancements.
  • Good working knowledge of project management, PMO, and change management processes.
  • Comfortable working in a high-paced, change-driven environment.
  • A pragmatic problem solver with strong attention to detail.
