• Support data‑center startups with mechanical, electrical, and control checks.
• Lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse fulfillment and manufacturing systems.
• Partner with automation and controls engineers to test, troubleshoot, and validate on‑site systems.

• Follow travel rotations such as 5 on‑2 off, 10 on‑4 off, or 14 on‑7 off, bringing new challenges each project.

• Travel‑focused work: experience new cities, on‑site projects with North American customers, no office reporting.
• Genuine love of travel and willingness to be away from home on rotation.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, programming, and communication networking.
• Demonstrated adaptability, grit, strong communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Reside within 50 mi of a major airport (relocation assistance available) and have a personal vehicle within 45 days of employment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with a technical degree or 3+ years comparable experience in electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering.
• Physical ability to walk long distances, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lb, and work in varied environments (construction sites, outdoors, hot/cold).

• Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 base salary plus per diem, mileage, utilization and weekend bonuses.
