- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to support the design and deployment of telecommunications infrastructure.
- Track the status of active locate tickets and follow up with utility providers as required.

- Maintain accurate records of locate tickets, drawings, and clearances.
- Manage GIS software, servers, and enterprise systems (e.g., ArcGIS Enterprise, QGIS, PostGIS).
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to GIS team members when needed, acting as a subject matter expert.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and continuous improvement of locate management processes.
- Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and external agencies.
- Integrate and manage Vetro systems, focusing on fiber network design, mapping, and as-built records.
- Manage and update as-built documentation, ensuring that all spatial data reflects actual construction and installation conditions for provisioning purposes.
- Produce detailed site maps, network diagrams, and as-built documentation for project planning and execution.
- Build and maintain a relationship with ON1Call.
- Work with leadership to identify business needs and implement GIS solutions.
- Generate high-quality maps, visualizations, and reports that effectively communicate network plans and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow and promote GIS standards and best practices to ensure data quality and security.
- Manage telMAX/ON1Call software for in-house clears
- Ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and integrity of spatial data.
- Monitor locate expiry dates and request renewals as necessary.
- Troubleshoot issues related to delayed or disputed locates.
- Provide advanced mapping, geospatial analysis, and data visualization to support decision-making.
- Communicate GIS capabilities, findings, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Create high-level design plans for future market builds and design network infrastructure projects to support expansion initiatives.
- Assist in creating presentations and visual materials to support business development and project proposals.
- Implement quality control procedures for data collection, storage, and analysis.

- Skilled in utilizing frameworks and technologies including React, Next.js, Flask, Sanity.js, and WordPress.
- Knowledgeable in scripting and programming languages, specifically Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with spatial databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Python, and Oracle Spatial.
- Ability to apply software engineering and automation techniques to GIS workflows, improving efficiency and data accuracy.
