  • Provide a high level of customer service and have the ability to solve problems and seek solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our IT ticketing system, updating knowledge base articles, and auditing hardware.
  • Running and testing network cabling, tagging electrical equipment (training provided).
  • Providing first-line IT support onsite — from printers and laptops to software installs and network connectivity.
  • Building strong relationships with on onsite teams and acting as a conduit for the office-based IT team, raising issues or risks as you hear of them.
  • Setting up and supporting remote site offices with IT networks, laptops, copiers, cameras, AV, and mobile devices.
  • Supporting asset management and end-user training, while promoting IT security awareness across sites.

  • There is a manual handling requirement for this role, you must be able to lift up to 20kg (printers & IT equipment)
  • Travelling to our various offices and project sites across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Toowoomba (company vehicle provided).
  • Bring a working level of IT knowledge (comfortable with routers, laptops, mobile devices, and equipment setups), with escalation pathways and support in place for more complex issues.
  • Have a basic knowledge of network protocols/equipment, and telecommunications systems and devices is also an advantage.
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Have demonstrated relationship building skills and excellent communication.
  • Demonstrate professional maturity, able to work independently, and trusted to represent IT onsite
  • Be proactive, motivated and have the ability to 'think outside the box' to create efficiencies
  • Tertiary IT studies or further learning is welcomed, but not essential.
  • Display a basic working knowledge of ICT hardware including mobile devices, Windows computers and Audio-Visual devices.
  • Must have a current driver’s licence and a willingness to travel to our project sites and office locations across Southeast QLD (company car is provided)
  • Be an effective communicator with interpersonal skills
