Quality control and assurance - Conduct site visits and inspections, identify non-conformities and conduct follow-ups
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Health and Safety - Participation in daily safety visits and meetings, working closely with workers to ensure that no one is injured and to plan the work to be done safely and eliminate risks at the source
Development of work plans - Establishment of work methods, coordination between the various project stakeholders
Work Supervision - Supervises the work to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with applicable plans, specifications and standards. Identify site modifications to prepare drawings as constructed
Teamwork - Working closely with the team of workers, the project management team and engineering
Planning - Participate in the planning, scheduling and execution of daily construction tasks for their area of operation. Communicate the plan effectively with team members
Purchasing - Participate in the process of purchasing materials and other needs, monitor shipping and coordinate deliveries, ensure delivery schedules are met and orders are accurate
Subcontract management - Management of subcontracts and materials contracts, payment request analysis, change request management, contract requirements management and field supervision
Performance monitoring - Participation in quantity progress reporting, analysis of progress and daily and weekly productivity. Ensure that the cost coding procedure is followed
Materiel Management – Inspection upon reception, storage management and needs coordination
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.

Ability to work outside on a rotation schedule, or to relocate
Strong organization and time management

Must be able to meet deadlines and devote the necessary time to the work
Have a valid driver's license
Work productively and meet deadlines timely
The candidate must have a strong work ethic
