A reputable and growing commercial general contractor in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead early-phase project planning, budgeting, and estimating across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial projects.
Strong understanding of market pricing, construction methods, and bid-leveling
Established contractor with a strong regional presence
7+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience in commercial construction
Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
Ability to manage multiple pursuits and deliver under tight timelines
