As a Designer in Building Structure, you will be a key contributor to the structural engineering team, creating detailed design plans and drawings for various structural projects while ensuring designs are functional, safe, aesthetically pleasing and compliant with industry standards. Working under general supervision, you will provide direct project support, produce drawings using established standards, perform complex BIM/CAD assignments, coordinate BIM drawings and ensure the accuracy and quality of discipline model information.
You will draft progress reports on BIM compliance, develop and maintain software template files, create Revit families according to project specifications, and automate procedures to support productivity and standards. - Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for structural projects using Revit, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.
- Coordinate BIM drawings, ensure model accuracy, and maintain compliance with industry standards and LOD 300 requirements.
- Develop and manage Revit families and software template files to support project standards and productivity.
- Produce progress reports on BIM compliance and automate procedures to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Document general arrangement and reinforcement drawings, and generate construction documentation.
- Meet project deadlines while working under general supervision and maintaining high quality.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering (or an equivalent discipline) and have at least three years of experience on overseas building projects across residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors. Preferred qualifications include exposure to AutoCAD drafting and experience producing LOD 300 Revit models, proficiency in creating 2D drawings and 3D models, strong oral and written communication, and expertise with Revit Structures, ACAD, MicroStation, ACC, ProjectWise, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, time management, and proactive communication skills.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering with at least three years of overseas building project experience.
