Mentor and support junior engineers and designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment while promoting professional development.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals, integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles into design strategies.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver renewable energy projects across technologies such as solar, wind, battery storage and hydrogen, ensuring technical excellent and innovation.
Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, client engagement, and identifying new opportunities in the renewables sector.
Manage project design phases from concept through to detailed design and construction, coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to meet project goals and timelines.

Deep understanding of sustainability principles, regulatory frameworks, and technical standards relevant to renewable energy infrastructure.
Extensive experience in renewable energy design and delivery, with a strong track record of managing multidisciplinary teams across solar, wind, battery storage and hydrogen projects.
Proven leadership and project management skills, including the ability to oversee complex design processes, manage budgets and schedules, and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Tertiary qualifications in engineering, architecture or a related field, ideally with chartered status or equivalent professional accreditation.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a commitment to mentoring junior staff and fostering a high-performance, inclusive team culture.
