  • Mentor and support junior engineers and designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment while promoting professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals, integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles into design strategies.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver renewable energy projects across technologies such as solar, wind, battery storage and hydrogen, ensuring technical excellent and innovation.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, client engagement, and identifying new opportunities in the renewables sector.
  • Manage project design phases from concept through to detailed design and construction, coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to meet project goals and timelines.

  • Deep understanding of sustainability principles, regulatory frameworks, and technical standards relevant to renewable energy infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience in renewable energy design and delivery, with a strong track record of managing multidisciplinary teams across solar, wind, battery storage and hydrogen projects.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills, including the ability to oversee complex design processes, manage budgets and schedules, and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, architecture or a related field, ideally with chartered status or equivalent professional accreditation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a commitment to mentoring junior staff and fostering a high-performance, inclusive team culture.
