Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engagement and culture-building initiatives
Coordinate engagement events, workshops, and recognition programs
Translate data and program evaluation into actionable strategies that improve satisfaction, retention, and performance
Monitor budgets, process invoices, and track expenditures for engagement and culture programs
Collect, analyze, and interpret employee engagement data from surveys, interviews, and other feedback channels

Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child.
