Develop and maintain a database of historical PHA studies, including tracking the resolution of hazard assessment action items, and coordinate the revalidation of existing Facility process hazard assessments (PHAs).
Collaborate with project, operational and engineering teams in coordinating and stewarding management of change (MOC) activities, including risk assessments and pre-startup safety reviews (PSSR)
Support and/or facilitate, Process Hazard Assessment (PHA) activities which may include what-if reviews, hazard and operability studies (HAZOP) and other risk assessment techniques
Support the implementation and maintenance of a fit for purpose operational risk management program that supports the TBU requirements and objectives.
Support the sustainment of Transportations Operations Management System ensuring compliance and providing oversight.
Provide oversight and guidance in maintaining Process Safety Information such as P&ID's, PFD's, Cause and Effect Diagrams etc.
Review and categorize TBU incidents relating to Process Safety, and facilitate or support investigation of Process Safety Events
Lead the development and maintenance of technical standards, practices, and procedures as Owner of Process Safety documentation for TBU
