Provide design expertise and mentoring of other staff members.
Oversee and/or lead the development of roadway design and plans for urban and rural highways and interchanges.
Work cooperatively with other engineers and project managers.
Assist in the development of proposals and estimates.
Oversee and/or lead the preparation of environmental documents, miscellaneous design reports, and final PSE packages.
Lead meetings with clients and the general public.
Manage the delivery and budgets for transportation and/or civil infrastructure projects.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
LG2 Environmental Solutions (LG2)
Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D
0-5 years of experience working with DOT
Licensed Wisconsin PE or EIT
