- Responsibility for doing minor building repairs, coordinating with outside contractors for landscape, grounds and offices maintenance.

- Knowledge of woodworking equipment and their repair and maintenance, minor repairs of hand tools (ie, pneumatic nail guns), forklifts, etc.
- Maintenance or equivalent experience in commercial facilities, or “punch list-type” experience, if coming from a builder background.
- Walk-in Applications and In-Person Interview Saturday 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
