The Change Manager oversees the end‑to‑end change process on infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with NEC4 contract requirements and internal Variation Order procedures. The role acts as the central point for change governance, chairs change boards, and integrates inputs from contracts, programme controls and other stakeholders.
