Cloud Infrastructure Manager

Lead and manage global cloud operations, SRE team, and infrastructure for SaaS.

Tasks

-Manage vendor relationships and coordinate escalations. -Promote continuous improvement through automation and best practices. -Drive observability initiatives through monitoring, alerting, and dashboarding. -Provide technical leadership for infrastructure projects, upgrades, and critical incidents. -Collaborate with FinOps to manage cloud costs and implement optimisation strategies. -Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and audit requirements. -Lead capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts. -Oversee daily cloud operations including deployments, monitoring, incident response, and change management across AWS and other platforms. -Support integration of newly acquired businesses into Ideagen’s infrastructure. -Lead and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering growth and performance.

What You Bring

-Experience managing multi-region, multi-vendor cloud environments in a SaaS context. -Proficiency in DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.). -Proven leadership experience in technical teams. -Familiarity with databases such as MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native options. -Agile working experience. -Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure, including IaaS and PaaS services.
