Improvement/Innovation: Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them.
Client & Customer Management (External): Help senior colleagues manage client and customer relationships by using relevant sales or client systems.
You will work collaboratively with clients, architects, engineers, designers, and consultants.
Complete engineering tasks from concept design through construction closeout including development of construction drawings (riser, line, network, plan, RCP, schedules, wall fields, etc.), specifications, and cost estimates.
Provide creative, innovative and project specific solutions to fit the needs of our clients and communities.
Knowledge Management System: Help others get the most out of knowledge management systems by offering support and advice.

Working well within team structures and an ability to collaborate with technical teammates.
General knowledge of Autodesk Revit required, 1+ Years experience a plus
Good oral and written communication skills.
Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering a plus
General knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD a plus.
Good time management, ability to meet deadlines, and ability to multitask.
Limited travel outside of the Washington D.C. area is anticipated but may be deemed necessary by project.
