Serves as a safety “coach” and is a resource for all plant employees
Performs new employee training and onboarding as it relates to the safety program
Performs periodic site assessments
Responsible for oversight, implementation, and continuous improvement of Pavestone’s Safety and Health program
Conducts incident investigations to determine root cause & corrective actions.
Participates in company safety committee
