Proven experience of operating in a high-volume recruitment environment
Experience of working with and influencing recruiting managers at all levels as well as third party agencies to ensure that our process is compliant and within legislative guidelines.
Inhouse recruitment experience is advantageous but not required.
Knowledge and application of questions and interview tools which test for specific job competencies.
