-Ensure all trades, systems, and sources have been fully examined for compliance, coordination, and appropriate approvals -Oversee and organize submittals, RFI’s, show drawings, plan logs, permit logs, procurement logs, and compliance documentation -Manage meeting minutes -Provide support to project managers and superintendents -Inspect job sites: walk 2-3 miles, climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolding -Coordinate and input schedules, safety inspections, and quality checks
-Skills: Proficient in plan reading, technical reading and writing, and critical thinking -Commute to job sites -Experience: 2+ years in construction or related field, and/or bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related discipline. Moderate knowledge of multiple project types and trades. Participate in mid-size projects to large size projects -Desk and computer-based work -Lift up to 15 pounds at a time -Systems Knowledge: Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams, AutoCAD (viewing)
