Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the functionality of system solutions;
Analyze business needs and requirements to understand the business impact of changes in business processes, OT, and other complex technical systems;
Design, test, and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with WPMI’s technology
Document and evaluate existing business processes and workflows;
Recommend system and process changes, and work with technical and business stakeholders to implement these changes;
Facilitate training and provide support to business users on new systems or processes; and
Manage and prioritize Infrastructure-related projects based on business needs;
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
Use technical and user requirements to create the appropriate KPIs while working with stakeholders to determine relevant targets;

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, communications, business management, information technology or related field
Rail/ transit project experience is heavily/strongly preferred.
