Your Role At Gensler, design is not just what we do—it’s who we are. We are seeking a highly creative and strategic designer to partner with our Regional Managing Principal (RMP) team in shaping impactful presentation decks and communication materials. This role goes beyond design, focusing on storytelling, message-building, and turning complex ideas into compelling visual and verbal narratives that inspire confidence and clarity.
You are expected to deliver thoughtful, creative, and sophisticated communications that meet quality, timeliness, and impact standards, while building trusted relationships with leaders and colleagues across the firm. Curiosity, collaboration, and the ability to ask questions and draw inspiration from Gensler’s diverse portfolio are essential. You will represent Gensler’s One-Firm-Firm values—collaboration, entrepreneurial spirit, client focus, ethics, and fun—and contribute to a culture of creativity and design excellence.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer and storyteller with a strong visual eye, able to simplify complex ideas into clear, powerful visual and verbal messages. You should be a confident communicator, flexible in perspective, collaborative, and skilled at time management to prioritize executive deliverables alongside parallel projects. Required expertise includes Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), PowerPoint/Keynote, and MS Office; familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or interactive design is a plus. We seek 2–8 years of relevant experience and a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to translate information into thoughtful, compelling design solutions.
