Model the temperature distribution within the structure or battery pack under different thermal loading conditions including heating and cooling cycles
Simulate and predict the potential for fatigue failure in a component or structure due to repeated thermal cycles, heat rejection of electronic components, and mechanical stress
Structural and thermal impact analysis of power distribution enclosures, switchboard enclosures, data center enclosures (including components like panels, mounting brackets, busbars, wiring, circuit breakers) and battery energy storage systems
Modeling of enclosures to simulate loading conditions (loading, transporting, environmental conditions) and mechanical stress to identify potential weaknesses in the design and optimize structural integrity before physical prototyping
Optimization of modular enclosure designs (switchboards, UPS, battery pack) to reduce material weight and cost and improve overall robustness and safety
