Review ongoing UK Commercial Excellence KPI Progress. Work with sales teams to implement and action improvement programmes
Daily contact with commercial colleagues across UK&I to progress projects, opportunities and solve problems
Sending out Weekly Commercial Excellence Reports to all major internal stakeholders.
Interaction with other departments such as service, technical & marketing to provide solutions to deliver the 360 degree view of customers
Support integration of Commercial Excellence with our sales network and support ongoing Training/Onboarding process
Review all Commercial Excellence Data each week, create reports for the different sales channels and communicate these on a weekly basis.

Understanding of business performance indicators (KPIs)
Enjoy presenting to/working with, different people
PC literate with knowledge of numerical applications such as Excel and presentation software such as PowerPoint
Business and commercially aware, ideally with experience of working in a commercial environment
Good inter-personal skills such as the ability to build good working relationships
Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently to ensure deadlines are met
Diligent and strong ability to deal with priorities
Currently in their 2nd year of university studying for a degree in a related field
Able to work without close supervision and use their own initiative
