  • Engaging with technology providers and CSIP-Aus clients, including Original Equipment Manufacturers, for onboarding and ongoing performance and operation of DER under their control.
  • Providing higher-level escalation support for external and internal inquires
  • Engaging internal and external stakeholders for seamless installation, onboarding, and operations of DER.
  • Troubleshooting and addressing connectivity and testing issues.
  • Collaborating with technical teams for ongoing development, enhancements, and improvements of DERMS solutions.
  • Providing real-time monitoring and reporting on DER systems performance.

  • Experience with IT projects and management of platforms
  • Experience in operating Virtual Power Plant portfolios.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage diverse and complex issues, customer interactions, and complaints resolution.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment addressing system issues with urgent priorities.
  • Experience with DER (Distributed Energy Resources) Management Systems.
  • Strong IT technical skills and the ability to identify, investigate and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Extensive experience in operating and managing control systems.
  • Understanding of the Common Smart Inverter Profile – Australia (“CSIP-Aus”).
  • Operations and performance of DERMS solutions, including a Common Smart Inverter Profile – Australia (CSIP-Aus) Utility Server.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
