Manage maintenance, safety, compliance, and operations of a pharma facility.
Respond to emergencies and facility-related issues promptly and effectively.
Lead and manage a team of facility staff and contractors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Manage facility budgets, including planning and allocation of resources for maintenance and improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to facility operations, including safety, environmental standards and manufacturing process.
Oversee the daily operations of all facility functions, including but not limit to maintenance, safety, janitorial services, GMP scope, compliance, landscaping, pest control, IFM scope of Hard and Soft services.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and ensure seamless facility operations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure facilities meet regulatory and company standards.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industry.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning and management.
A solid knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) are a plus.
Proficiency in facility management software and systems (CMMS, Maximo preferably).
Thrive in a talented team environment that values and invests in your professional development.
In-depth knowledge of facility management best practices, including maintenance, safety, and compliance standards preferably in the pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
