The manager will oversee day‑to‑day field activities, control costs and schedules, monitor safety programs, and ensure work meets the quality standards of the construction documents. They will act as the single point of contact for project development and delivery, facilitate decision‑making, and coordinate information flow among internal partners, designers, consultants and the general contractor team.
- Provide construction and design management and project leadership

- Attend and participate in design and construction meetings (OAC, work groups, progress, pre‑construction, pre‑award)
- Apply influence, strategies, and negotiation skills to identify options and recommend solutions
- Oversee and report weekly project progress on scope, schedule, budget, and contractor performance
- Review trade contracts, bid packages, and coordinate the receiving process
- Maintain relationships with internal partners, designers, consultants, and the GC team
- Establish QA/QC procedures, review inspection/test data, and conduct field quality inspections
- Review and maintain site logistics plan in coordination with GC, operations, and consultants

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in an engineering, architecture, or construction‑related field, or possess equivalent experience, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. A minimum of ten years of civil or construction‑management experience, including at least five years in a leadership role, is required, with proficiency in commercial and industrial architecture focused on data‑center design.

- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in commercial/industrial architecture and engineering with focus on data‑center design and construction
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical groups in a fast‑paced environment
- Minimum 10 years of relevant civil or construction‑management experience
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
