Work with large multi-discipline teams in pulling together critical information into large computerized data bases.
Create, edit and maintain spreadsheets to document workflow, and track, analyze and report metrics, data and trends.
Provide general administrative support to professional and technical staff. More specifically assist Project Managers (PM) in the following areas:
organizing and coordination of team meetings, including outside sub-consultants.
Handle multiple, concurrent projects.
Assist with the maintenance of filing and archiving (electronic and hard copy).
attending meetings with the client and issue minutes when the Project Manager cannot attend or accompany the PM to meetings.
coordination and preparing of final reports/deliverables to ensure all of the clients' needs and requests have been accommodated.
Help plan and coordinate all aspects of the teams effort to accomplish the FCA.
Work in tandem with the PM, BUM, MEPS Service Line Leader and marketing managers to develop and produce proposals.
