Ability to work in a matrix managed environment, as part of the Corporate Security UK team.
Degree educated in an engineering discipline or equivalent industry experience.
Experience of managing multi-disciplined engineering resources
Good understanding of systems design, including OT experience and cyber knowledge
Strong ability to manage own performance with focus on delivery, within a varied and challenging workload whilst producing high quality results.
Experience operating within a largescale industrial capital project environment.
Good understanding of Health and Safety Principles and their application in the delivery of largescale projects.
Significant demonstrable experience of providing lead technical experience within the Security, Utility or other relevant Industries.
