Ensure all review, approval and submission dates for each deadline is communicated to the team
Coordinate the production of single responses to written representations.
Plan and schedule Review Team sessions for allocation of responses and timely review of drafts.
Act as the single point of contact for the Planning Inspectorate (PINS) during the examination.
Ensure templates are populated for the Allocation and Review Team with questions and responses to Interested Party questions.
Back check and review documents for any commitments or information for further deadlines.
Maintain, track, and monitor the deadline workbook for all written questions, documents, responses to hearing actions, written representations, and further information.
Update and communicate the ART Feedback Log.
Review Interested Party Deadline Submissions for necessary team responses
Ensure quality and consistency in documents submitted to PINS.
Produce a short consistency manual for use by the team during the examination.
Ensure all submission documents are received and submitted to PINS on time.
Monitor the PINS website.
Overall management and coordination of all roles in the deadline submissions section.
Produce detailed covering letters for each deadline.
Ensure the Navigation Document is updated and submitted for each deadline.
Coordinate appropriate examination training and briefing sessions.
Work with the Document Controller on document numbering and naming.
Arrange and chair ART meetings.
Creating and delivering persuasive and engaging presentations to wide range of audiences in our industry.
Ensure team responses are coordinated using provided templates.
Create and update the draft Programme based on the Rule 6 and Rule 8 letters.

Track record of developing working relationships quickly and effectively.
Understanding of The Infrastructure Planning (Examination Procedure) Rules 2010
Project Management Experience.
Accomplished understanding and experience of the Planning Act 2008 and Infrastructure Planning Regulations.
Excellent communication skills.
Up to 5 yrs experience (or equivalent) supporting the delivery of a Stakeholder & Communications services within the construction sector and/or management consultancy.
Progress towards achievement of Chartered status (or equivalent) and/or membership of professional a relevant professional institution e.g. Association of Project Managers.
Practical knowledge/application and understanding of the opportunities related to Stakeholder & Communications Service.Basic knowledge of tools, techniques and software (e.g. MS Excel).
Experience of DCO Examinations Hearings and preferable past experience in the planning and delivery of these.
Relevant university degree (e.g. construction, engineering) or equivalent. (or equivalent)
Experience of dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
Skilled knowledge of all key Office 365 products i.e. MS Teams, MS Office, MS Excel and MS SharePoint
Experience of working client side as well as consultancy. DesirableCreating and delivering persuasive and engaging presentations to wide range of audiences in our industry.
Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
