Tasks

-Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise stock levels and expedite parts -Make a real impact on operational efficiency and equipment availability -Coordinate repairs, supplier returns, and warranty/credit claims -Maintain compliance with Chain of Responsibility and safety standards -Investigate back freight returns and oversee inventory of unserviceable items -Support maintenance operations to minimise equipment downtime -Perform warehouse tasks including forklift operation, freight handling, and packaging -Manage end-to-end processes for rotable and exchange components

What You Bring

-Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills -Forklift ticket and mechanical trade qualifications (desirable) -Proven experience in supply chain or inventory management within Mining or Heavy Industry environment -Strong knowledge of mobile/fixed plant components -Proficiency in inventory systems (Coupa, Pronto) and MS Excel
