In this role you will be on the front lines of customer service, managing one of the busiest front‑desk environments. You will welcome visitors, guide employees, and ensure a professional first impression for all who enter the office.
Daily duties include handling incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining telephone registers and client contact databases, and keeping the reception area stocked with up‑to‑date magazines and newspapers. You will also perform general administrative and help‑desk tasks while adhering to company regulations.
Additional responsibilities involve contributing to monthly management reports, participating in emergency evacuation procedures, and developing policies and procedures for reception functions. You may also assist with conference‑room scheduling, event coordination, and floral arrangements as needed.
