Depending on role, may coordinate the collection, storage, and distribution of marketing materials.
Provide service for incoming calls, visitors and correspondence to the business.
Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.
Perform administrative functions such as creating documents, handling mail, and maintaining filing.
Assist with projects within the department.
Perform various routine administrative tasks for the leadership team.
Coordinate meeting arrangements. Take notes/minutes at meetings.

Minimal travel may be required.

Ability to be flexible and multitask.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 2 years related administrative experience is preferred.
