What you would be doing

- Lead safety meetings with field teams and supervisors to address concerns, share updates, and reinforce safe work practices.
- Serve as a point of contact during OSHA site visits and ensure documentation and procedures are compliant and up-to-date.
- Promptly respond to workplace incidents and vehicle accidents. Lead thorough investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action development.
- Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and specialized safety trainings; deliver engaging sessions to support continuous learning.
- Collaborate with field and management teams to champion a proactive, accountable, and positive safety culture throughout the organization.
- Perform regular and comprehensive safety inspections across residential construction job sites to ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and client safety standards.
- Communicate and enforce company safety policies and procedures effectively to both management and field employees.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish - Mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to many jobsites.
- OSHA 500 Certification - Required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in residential or commercial construction.
- Experience using digital safety platforms, mobile apps, or incident tracking tools.
- Previous experience in construction safety within residential or electrical environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence positive change and improve safety metrics in field operations.
- Solid understanding of current OSHA standards and regulations.
- First Aid/CPR Instructor Certification - Preferred.
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
