What you would be doing

  • Lead safety meetings with field teams and supervisors to address concerns, share updates, and reinforce safe work practices.
  • Serve as a point of contact during OSHA site visits and ensure documentation and procedures are compliant and up-to-date.
  • Promptly respond to workplace incidents and vehicle accidents. Lead thorough investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action development.
  • Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and specialized safety trainings; deliver engaging sessions to support continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with field and management teams to champion a proactive, accountable, and positive safety culture throughout the organization.
  • Perform regular and comprehensive safety inspections across residential construction job sites to ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and client safety standards.
  • Communicate and enforce company safety policies and procedures effectively to both management and field employees.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish - Mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to many jobsites.
  • OSHA 500 Certification - Required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in residential or commercial construction.
  • Experience using digital safety platforms, mobile apps, or incident tracking tools.
  • Previous experience in construction safety within residential or electrical environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence positive change and improve safety metrics in field operations.
  • Solid understanding of current OSHA standards and regulations.
  • First Aid/CPR Instructor Certification - Preferred.
  • Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
