Manage offers and negotiations between candidates and clients
Prepare candidates for interviews and follow up after interviews to gather feedback
Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interviews
Booking & attending meetings with clients, both virtual and in person
Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Utilise various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, databases, and networking to identify potential candidates
Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding, such as background checks and employment paperwork
Attending industry conferences to meet new clients & candidates. We are in Germany as a team around 6 times per year
Making sales calls to new clients to build new relationships
This is a 360-recruitment role where you will be responsible for business development, finding candidates and matching them to specific roles
Evaluate candidates' qualifications against job requirements and client needs
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific permanent positions
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future permanent roles
