Portables Manager

Description

• Accurate budgeting, forecasting and reporting, with P/L responsibility for the portables business
• Driving strategies for business growth in conjunction with our business development and engineering teams
• Ensuring service is carried out to the highest customer service and technical standards
• Maintaining a workforce that will meet customer service needs of the business
• Ensuring your team is motivated and trained to the latest and highest of standards - especially in regards to EHS, Process improvement, Standard Work to ensure field technicians' performance is operating effectively and efficiently as possible
• Building strong and lasting client relationships with Key Accounts, department managers, technicians, suppliers, admin and EHS staff

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a team of field technicians and/or service professionals
• 5 + years in the Fire industry (or similar) ideally in a supervisory or management role
• A team builder who can identify skills gaps and implement training programs
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Able to accurately produce and implement budgets, forecasts and reports, sound understanding and ability to read and manage P/L
