Key responsibilities include driving a DevSecOps culture, designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, provisioning cloud resources via Infrastructure‑as‑Code, and deploying applications across virtual machines, Azure App Services, and container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift. The engineer will also implement observability solutions, integrate security scanning tools, ensure compliance with industry standards, and work closely with development teams to deliver secure, reliable software.
The Senior DevSecOps & Observability Engineer role is based in Bangalore, India, and requires extensive experience in DevSecOps practices, cloud infrastructure management, and CI/CD automation. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise with both AWS and Azure, modern observability tools, and a solid grasp of secure software development principles.
Required skills encompass strong DevSecOps methodology knowledge, proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy), deep experience on AWS and Azure, and IaC expertise using Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates. Additional expectations include familiarity with observability platforms (Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog), scripting in Shell, PowerShell, Python, and Agile Scrum practices using JIRA.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift orchestration and knowledge of vulnerability management and compliance frameworks such as CIS and NIST.
