Our Hardware team includes engineers with specialties ranging from HVAC control to RF design, digital logic, avionics, test fixtures, embedded software, PCB layout, and power electronics. They bring their expertise to cross-functional squads with a focus on collaboration, learning, and development. As a Staff Verification Engineer, you’ll validate and deliver high-reliability products and test systems for next-generation hardware. This role is for a hands-on engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across electrical, mechanical, RF, and software domains. You’ll own the lifecycle of complex test systems—from concept and design to automation and compliance—ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and regulatory readiness.
- Strong understanding of RF principles and hands-on experience with lab instrumentation
- Proficiency in PCB design tools, SolidWorks, and Python-based data analysis
- Background check required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
- 7+ years in hardware development, test automation, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Complete precision hand-soldering of micro-coax, 0201 passives, and BGA reworks
