  • Manage CRM data and pipelines proactively.
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop effective B2B collateral and activities
  • Manage the end-to-end process of tenders for the procurement of engineering/field services business for the company.
  • Influence operations and delivery teams to ensure all work is understood and is effectively and efficiently completed to meet client deadlines.
  • Directly engage and influence the delivery teams that are managing opportunities you win, to ensure all projects are handed over to be managed effectively.
  • Develop growth strategies and plans by identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
  • Develop client relationships, and revenue streams within Intrax’s operational areas.
  • Proactively develop and grow the businesses of Intrax to meet forward strategic plans and objectives.

  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills and the ability to handle various and multiple functions simultaneously, including the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Proven IT skills in Microsoft Word, databases and Excel, with the ability to learn other software systems (especially our CRM system) as required.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment whilst. demonstrating the ability to work independently and to use initiative.
  • Strong analytical skills with focus on holistic (whole-of-business-level) problem solving.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to handle various customer and stakeholder groups, with a strength in building lasting values aligned relationships and rapport.
  • Ideally a minimum of 3+ years’ experience with structural engineering pertaining to domestic construction highly desirable from the building, construction or infrastructure services sectors
