We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our Head Office team in Heanor. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial & Technical Director, you will work closely with Project and Installation Managers to manage costs, contracts, and risk while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Professional membership (RICS or equivalent) is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and construction regulations.
Excellent negotiation, contract management, and financial reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying (or related discipline).
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, M&E, or related sectors.
Confident communicator with strong client-facing ability.
Detail-oriented, methodical, and proactive approach.
