As a Facilities Coordinator you will act as the Site Manager’s trusted right hand, conducting routine site inspections, providing front‑desk and housekeeping support, and coordinating appointments while ensuring key performance indicators and service level agreements are met.
You will work closely with clients and suppliers to handle facility‑related enquiries, respond promptly and courteously, build relationships, and anticipate needs to create WOW experiences.
Ensuring workplace safety is a core responsibility; you will maintain health‑and‑safety procedures, implement risk‑management programs, and follow escalation and incident‑reporting protocols.
The role requires a passion for service, experience in facilities or related fields, knowledge of local occupational health and safety standards, and strong teamwork and communication skills to uphold JLL’s core behaviours.
