To Facilitate and coordinate the smooth execution of product sales orders from order receipt in SAP to dispatch to customers, through the effective assembly and provision of all information and documentation requirements as specified by the sales order and as provided by the customer and all the related internal departments e.g. Sales, Manufacturing and Logistics and the Sales Planner.
- Implement the section budgets and work plans
- Implement all section policies, processes and procedures
- To log the order based on the items provided by order development team and highlight any variances to the Assistant Manager for reconciliation.
- Provide inputs for the preparation of accurate and timely performance reports, as required
- Ensure that all Sales orders are processed timely and accurately and all necessary documentation and contractual terms are fulfilled
- Create outbound delivery transactions in SAP in line with the sales order and create a record of deliveries to customers
- Draft and save on the database templates of sales presentations, proposals, standards contracts and various forms to enable Sales team members to retrieve them quickly when needed, allowing them to focus on Sales
- To ensure that all order characteristics in SAP-SD module are entered correctly.
- Participate in initiatives for innovation and Continuous Improvement in pursuit of greater productivity
- Coordinate between Sales and Order Execution teams to ensure seamless processes and communication
- Provide Finance with relevant information for invoicing to enable the cash management of all invoices raised
- Fulfill the outbound delivery document in liaison with Manufacturing, Technical, Logistics and Planning sections in both Supply Chain and Operations
- Ensure proper recording and filing of all closed transactions
- Post the Goods issue transaction for the shipment/delivery completed
- Create invoices for all deliveries made to the customer in line with the terms of the contract

Job Skills: Sales administration skills, excellent communication, Ms office and Good Knowledge of Excel.
Experience: 1-2 years of Sales Administration in a computerized environment preferably working on the SAP-SD module

Essential : Relevant Diploma with training on the SAP-SD module
