Leadership experience including implementation of best practices, planning and management of projects, and ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, or equivalent education and related training required.
Advanced experience manipulating large datasets using Excel, Access, and SQL Server Management Studio.
