Payroll Advisor

• Collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Prepare payroll reports for internal stakeholders and external bodies as required.
• Address payroll-related queries from employees promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining up-to-date employee payroll records.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee information.
• Processing end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist as required on payroll related projects & improvements.

This position can be based in North Sydney NSW, Milton QLD or Perth WA.

• Previous experience in a payroll advisory position.
• Access to NAWIC membership and events
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, including Fair Work Act, Superannuation Guarantee, PAYG withholding, and state-based taxes.
• Ability to work within a national team environment.
