As a Business Consulting Manager, you will lead business process analysis, requirements definition, cost and cycle‑time remediation, and the communication and change‑management activities needed to drive client success. From day one you will partner with the Business Consulting Practice to transform finance and operations functions, design sustainable models, and advance Finance Process Optimization beyond simple control points.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least five years of consulting or finance experience serving cross‑industry clients, and an industry‑recognized professional certification. Strong analytical, quantitative, and business‑case development skills are essential, along with expertise in process analysis, reporting, data reconciliation, close‑the‑books, chart‑of‑accounts, treasury, FP&A, and financial benchmarking. Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills are also required, and travel up to 30% may be needed.
Compensation is location‑specific, with a base salary range of $155,500‑$233,300 in New York, NY, and $144,000‑$216,000 in Chicago, IL.
