Remediate areas damaged by water, fire, or mold
Provide guidance to crew members while working alongside them
Keep company vehicle stocked, clean, and ready for use
Oversee and perform emergency water extraction, demolition, and debris removal
Inspect work as needed for quality, safety, and compliance
Document job progress, complete sketches, humidity/psychrometry records, and drying objectives
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
Set up, operate, and monitor mitigation and drying equipment
Ensure EPA, OSHA, and local safety compliance, including proper PPE use
Maintain, repair, and track equipment and consumables

Understanding of basic job site safety
Valid Driver's License
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high; ear protection worn as needed
Ability to work in a construction environment
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
5+ years of experience in restoration or construction
Current IICRC certification
High school diploma or GED
Exposure to outdoor conditions, including inclement weather
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and occasionally climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in extreme hot, cold and humid conditions
