Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates for all phases of the project (conceptual to final).
Monitor project progress and advise on financial risks or deviations from budget.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in cost data, while maintaining cost databases and historical benchmarks.
Provide support during procurement and bid evaluation phases.
Support cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.
Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and engineering teams to track budgets, forecast costs, and manage change orders.
Analyze vendor/subcontractor proposals and integrate into total project cost models.

Familiarity with EPC/EPCM project structures.
Proficient in cost management tools such as EcoSys, Sage, RSMeans, or Excel-based models.
Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, procurement, and scheduling integration.
Experience on FDA-regulated or GMP-compliant projects.
Experience with industrial piping/take-offs
Previous experience supporting large-scale, capital-intensive construction projects.
Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences facility construction.
5+ years of cost engineering or estimating experience in industrial or pharmaceutical construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred.
