As a valued member of the team, you will be supporting the Group Environmental Policy and its associated sustainability objectives and targets.
Raising and processing purchase orders as and when required
Liaising with our Internal customers daily to ensure timely collection of deliveries received at Lion House
To provide administrative support to enable the Facilities department to function effectively and efficiently and within agreed SLA’s
Maintaining and monitoring stock levels associated with the Receptionist role - stationery and refreshments at Lion House
Receiving Internal post and delivering through the internal post system
Assisting in the collection and distribution of all inbound Ecotricity post and made ready for collection daily
Operating the facilities service desk and responding to requests
Working with relevant departments on ensuring associated tasks are completed via the Service Desk Function, including; Pool Car Bookings, Outside Catering Requests, Refreshment requests, Stationery and deliveries
Operate and maintain an effective filing system for the department
Meeting and greeting of visitors to Ecotricity buildings. Providing a welcoming and professional service to visitors and internal staff at Ecotricity by manning the receptionist desk at our Lion House site
The issuing and cancellation of ID cards to staff and contractors
DSE monitoring of new starters
Ordering and monitoring of refreshments for all buildings
Supporting teams of Ecotricity’s Estates and Facilities department
Monitor pool car documentation to ensure that we remain compliant with internal and HMRC rules, and lease company conditions

Significant administrative, receptionist or F2F service experience
Electricity or Utility Industry Knowledge (preferred)
Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple work-streams
Experience of Customer Management Systems (SAP or Salesforce preferred)
Exceptional administrative skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Basic Computer Literacy including Microsoft Office Packages
