The Reporting Analyst will join a mega‑project team and report to the Monark Project Control Manager. In this role you will set up and manage project dashboards, metrics and KPI reports while providing ad‑hoc support to cost‑control activities.
You will be responsible for producing accurate cost, earned‑value and schedule reports, collaborating with project leads and engineering directors, and designing automated analyses and reconciliation processes across Oracle, procurement and cost‑control systems. Month‑end close activities for the cost‑control team will also be supported.
- Manage project cost accounts and charging codes; maintain WBS in operational systems.
- Produce timely, accurate cost, earned‑value, and schedule reports from the project controls system.
- Provide reporting input to clients or alliance partners per contract requirements.
- Collaborate with project leads and engineering directors for reporting inputs and dashboard updates.
- Design and automate analyses of cost and schedule deviations, including rate adjustments and variance reviews.
- Automate reconciliation processes between Oracle data, procurement systems, and the cost‑control system.
- Support month‑end close activities for the cost‑control team.

A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Mathematics or Computer Science, and at least three years of reporting analysis experience in EPC projects. Advanced MS Office skills, expert‑level Power Query and Power BI, and knowledge of Python, Primavera P6, Oracle 12 or power‑plant technology are valuable assets.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Mathematics or Computer Science preferred.
- Minimum three years of reporting analysis experience, ideally within EPC projects.
- Advanced MS Office skills with expert‑level Power Query and Power BI; Python preferred.
- Working knowledge of financial processes in construction/engineering; familiarity with Primavera P6, Oracle 12, power‑plant or CANDU technology is beneficial.
- Strong report writing, communication and presentation skills; adaptable and able to prioritize in fast‑paced environments.
