Description

• Responsibility for regulatory research and project reviews, including zoning, life/safety, and accessibility code compliance

Requirements

• Ability to execute a project’s vision, following through on design intent through the management of document development
• Active architectural license
• Ability to travel to local and regional client sites (personal transportation not required)
• A Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited institution
• Strong interest and commitment to researching and promoting sustainable materials and construction practices
• Ability to collaborate with a project team, including working with the project design and project manager and coordinating with sub-consultants and project partners
• Proficiency in Sketchup, Revit, AutoCAD, and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite
