  • Review and validate design models and documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Conduct site visits for design verification and project support as required
  • Creation of accurate 3D models and coordination in a BIM environment
  • Design and detail process piping systems for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical facilities, adhering to ASME BPE standards
  • Execution of design assignments with minimal supervision and high accuracy
  • Develop high-purity process systems and clean utility services designs
  • Utilize CADWorx and Isogen for piping design; leverage similar design modeling software as necessary
  • Collaborate with project teams in a BIM environment to ensure effective project coordination
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and technologies
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate design progress and issues
  • Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the construction phase of projects
  • Development and detailing of process piping designs for high-purity systems

  • Additional experience with Revit is a plus
  • Ability to execute detailed design assignments with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to worksites throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut
  • Proficiency in modeling within a BIM project coordination environment
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Process Piping Designer, in Biopharma manufacturing environments or Oil & Gas
  • Experience with CADWorx and Isogen piping design software preferred; experience with similar software considered
  • Working knowledge of ASME BPE standards and clean utility services design
